Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.

Lucy was really helpful as I wanted the 'Bump' changing to 'Baby (surname)'. It was only a small additional cost, but well worth it as it definately looks more personal. Arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue and supported by a backing card in the envelope. Can't wait for my daughter to see this, so pleased. Thanks for your prompt responses and help Lucy x

Weirdly both my partner and I saw this separately and both bought it for each other. Only thing I'd say is its a shame the poem is the same for Dad and Mama but that's obviously only because we're the weirdos who buy each other the same present! Will be a good story though...
