Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.

I placed my order on 7/9/24 and now it is 8/27/24 and still haven’t received my item. That was 7 WEEKS AGO. At the time that I purchased, it said the turn around time was 2-3 weeks. I messaged the seller on July 23rd to get an update. She informed me that because I didn’t pay for the tracking service she could not locate the package. She told me to just keep her in the loop. I messaged her two weeks later to let her know I still hadn’t received my order. No response other than an automated message. Although her shop had good reviews, I should have checked the lowest reviews as well. Many of her previous customer reviews say they never received her item. I’ve never had these kind of issues with any other shop from the UK. This shop is a scam. Do not buy from here.
