1. Enter the information that you would like to appear on the invite in the personalisation box.
2. The personalised artwork will be sent over in A5 size unless you specify a specific size
3. Click "Add to Cart" and complete your purchase (no physical item will be shipped)
4. A DRAFT/PROOF of your design will be sent to you through ETSY MESSAGES within 24-48 business hours.
5. Once approved I will send you the high quality file (300 dpi JPG) so that you can print it via the email address on your Etsy account.

• You are purchasing a digital file only. No printed materials are included.
• Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100%.
• Do not edit or view your printable on a mobile device or tablet.
• Colors and contrast vary between different monitors, so the colors of the print may not match your monitor's display exactly.
• Feel free to print as many times as you would like after your initial purchase. However, all documents have been uniquely created and designed by Lula Design Ltd and are for personal use only. • Due to the fact that this item is a digital item and therefore impossible to know if it has been printed or not, refunds are not available. I will however do our best to solve any issues and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.
