Cards will be wrapped in packs of 10 and in cellophane sealed bags. These will then be shipped in a board backed envelope. Bigger Quantities will be shipped in a letterbox mailing box.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.

Very very nice product. Product was initially meant to arrive on 3rd august and I ordered on this basis. The item then ended up being dispatched on the 8th August. Luckily this still meant the items arrived just on time but this could have been a problem for others! The items were just lovely, very professional and beautifully made and designed!

Delivery did not arrive but that was due to Easter Post Office issues. The seller was amazing and sent me a replacement immediately.
