2. The invite will be sent over in A5 size.
3. Click "Add to Cart" and complete your purchase (no physical item will be shipped)
4. A DRAFT/PROOF of your design will be sent to you through ETSY MESSAGES within 24-48 business hours.
5. Once approved I will send you the high quality file (300 dpi JPG) via the email address on your Etsy account so that you can print from home.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.

These save the dates are fab, especially for the price! All seem to have printed perfectly, and the seller was so quick to get a mock-up to us to approve. Well packaged, and the seller was so quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend! The post was a little slow but I think that was more to do with Royal Mail than the seller. If you need them quickly, definitely pay for faster postage because they took a week longer than expected.
