2. The invite will be sent over in A5 size.
3. Click "Add to Cart" and complete your purchase (no physical item will be shipped)
4. A DRAFT/PROOF of your design will be sent to you through ETSY MESSAGES within 24-48 business hours.
5. Once approved I will send you the high quality file (300 dpi JPG) via the email address on your Etsy account so that you can print from home.

• You are purchasing a digital file only. No printed materials are included.
• Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100%.
• Do not edit or view your printable on a mobile device or tablet.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.

First class service! Super-quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Our proof was sent over within minutes of ordering, despite asking for a slight change to content. Delivery was quick and the invites looked great. Absolutely no hesitation recommending and will use again in the future.
