Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.

Great quality and quick delivery... the card went down a treat when letting a family member know i'm expecting. Definitely would recommend ... its a good wee keep sake for family members to have! I also asked for this to be chaged to Papa and this was done at an extra cost however i was more than happy with the outcome, nothing was an issue is was chaged no bother and before printing i was also shown a preview to which i was delighted with, cant thank you enough! Very friendly and professional .. will definitely be back again on the future!
